I worked closely with Al during litigation involving a utility-scale biomass power project, where he served as CFO and was a key fact witness. The matter required careful analysis of complex fuel supply, financial, and operational issues, and Al was instrumental in helping counsel understand the industry context and technical underpinnings of the dispute.
Al demonstrated exceptional command of the underlying facts and financial drivers, and he was consistently able to translate complex industry and economic issues into clear, practical explanations. His analytical rigor and ability to communicate clearly were valuable in developing case strategy and preparing testimony.
In deposition and at trial, Al was exceptionally well prepared, articulate, and professional. He remained calm and composed under sustained questioning and presented as thoughtful, credible, and reliable on the stand.
